Belcopia Bicycles is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

  1. BELCOPIA BICYCLES SHIPPING
  • Belcopia Bicycles delivers nationwide (U.S.).

Belcopia Bicycles orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM EST). For security reasons, Belcopia Bicycles will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Belcopia Bicycles offers free shipping on orders over $200. On orders under $200, shipping costs will depend on the delivery location of the order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please check the shipping costs depending on the place of delivery before placing the order.

Belcopia Bicycles may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.

 

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

 

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.belcopia.com  and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day or Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • 2 - 3 business days.

Processing time is subject to change due to complications or force majeure.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Credit Card purchases will not be billed until products have shipped. Debit and bank cards are generally pre-authorized at checkout and payment is pending upon order confirmation but charges will be settled or collected upon products being shipped. Depending on the bank setup sometimes debit card purchases are billed upon order confirmation before products have shipped. Only in-stock items will ship after your order has been processed. The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the checkout page.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

  1. SHIPPING TIMES

We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.  To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12:00 PM EST.  All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.  Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time base on your selected shipping method.  Note that certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.

Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times will depend on the delivery times set by the shipping companies. Please check the delivery times depending on the place of delivery before placing your order.

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

 

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier according to the tracking number or contact us through email at support@belcopia.com or call us at (800) 674-9351 for further assistance and information.

 

 

  1. DELAYS

Belcopia Bicycles is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Belcopia Bicycles is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Although a delay in delivery will not result in a penalty, approximate delivery timeframes are provided in working days in the description of each product.

Various shipping methods can be utilized depending on the order's destination; delivery timeframes for each method and destination are stated throughout the order confirmation process.

Deadlines may alter due to logistical issues or force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, Belcopia Bicycles will notify you as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is regarded made when the firm makes the goods available to the User/Customer, which is manifested through the transport company's management system.

Delays in delivery will not be considered if the order was made available to the User/Customer by the transport firm within the specified time frame but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the User/Customer.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that it has been accepted and is being shipped.

 

  1. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product may be returned back to us and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

Belcopia Bicycles shall not be accountable for delivery problems if the delivery address supplied by the User/Customer in the order form does not match reality or is missing. - If you offer an address that the courier deems insufficient, the cargo will be returned to our facilities. Once we have confirmed a revised address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment fees (if and as applicable).

 

  1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Belcopia Bicycles will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

If the User/Customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note advising how to arrange for a fresh delivery.

We would call you and initiate a number of follow-up measures to ensure that delivery takes place.

If the User/Customer does not do so, the order will be returned after 10 working days from the date of departure to the date of delivery, and the User/Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and return to the origin of the order, as well as any related administrative fees.

If the cause for the failure to make the delivery is the loss of the order, the courier service agent will launch an inquiry. In these circumstances, response timelines range from one to three weeks, and any errors on our side will result in us redelivering the merchandise to you or issuing a refund.

 

  1. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Belcopia Bicycles recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Belcopia Bicycles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Belcopia Bicycles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.

 

  1. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Belcopia Bicycles makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
